The most successful car manufacturer in the Australian Touring Car Championship / Supercars series, the Holden name has been an iconic part of the Australian motorsport landscape for decades, a standing which will no doubt continue well into the future despite the brand's offical retirement.
With that in mind, we're very excited to be presenting this new limited edition print series celebrating the legends of Holden Motorsport.
This edition features the iconic #16 HRT Holden VL Commodore Group A SV driven by Allan Grice and Win Percy to win the 1990 Bathurst 1000. Featuring artwork by Chris Rathbone, this print depicts the famous Commodore at full noise flying down pit straight on its way to ultimately win the great race, the first for the Holden Racing Team.
Based in the United Kingdom, Chris Rathbone is a supremely talented illustrator whose motorsport and wider sport related artworks convey a bold, energetic style and is highly regarded internationally. He has produced amazing work for an impressive list of brands and names and we're incredibly excited to be working with him on this series.
This amazing illustrated print measures 841mm X 594mm and will be printed on 250gsm matte paper using offset print technology in an exclusive individually hand numbered limited edition.
